The purpose of my taking this journey was to make myself happy and share this with you to show other people that yes you can do it. You can walk this journey and get to your ideal size. All it take is a little discipline and willingness to pursue a life style change. What helped me was creating a list of goals that I knew was attainable.

 

1. Helathy Eating

2. Exercise Daily

3. Change Thought Pattern

4. Do a complete Soical Cleanse

5. Care About What I put in My Body

 

Simple things that made me feel good about what I was embarking upon to make that life style change. Done deal now.
