Recipe your way to good healthy

Ingredients (Makes 12 servings)

1 lb  Whole Wheat Pasta

1 lb  Boneless Chicken Breast

3 oz  Parmesan Cheese

3 tbsp  Minced Garlic

4 tbsp Country Crock Spread

Directions

Cube 1 lb chicken breast

Cook 1 lb box of your favorite pasta (shells or bowties work best)

Melt 1/2 stick of butter(4 tbsp) in a medium size frying pan

Add 3 tbsp of minced garlic

When butter is melted add chicken and cook till lightly browned and completely cooked.

Drain pasta add contents of frying pan to the pasta and stir in well

Add 3 oz fresh grated parmesan cheese and stir in well serve
